Why do our clients like working with us?
Everything starts with the client – we tailor our corporate wellbeing programs to fit the needs, culture, and everyday realities of your organisation. This flexibility allows you to avoid the pitfalls of conventional, off-the-shelf wellness company solutions.
And everything we do is backed by hard data and research, ensuring we make an impact even with the most sceptical audiences and tangibly build workplace resilience.
We develop and deliver 100% fluff-free, science-backed corporate wellbeing programs.
Using the latest neuroscientific research, we create interactive, engaging, and practical workshops that challenge preconceptions about wellbeing and workplace resilience.
Our Mission
Research shows that wellbeing is a life skill.
We want more people to have the opportunity to learn it!
We aspire to be the world’s most forward-thinking wellness company. We believe that businesses should be a force for positive change. The average person spends 80,000 hours of their lifetime working. We want to make that time happier and more fruitful by educating both individuals and employers to improve wellbeing at work through our corporate wellbeing programs.
We are also committed to increasing access to wellbeing skills education amongst young people. That’s why we’ve teamed up with charity partners and donate 4% of our annual revenue to support projects that teach young people wellbeing skills.
We operate as a carbon-negative business. We’re a registered member of 1% For The Planet and donate 1% of our annual revenue to fund the development and deployment of climate-protecting technologies. We work with Ecologi to offset 2X our annual carbon emissions.
Our story
We set out in 2018 with the intention of taking new and compelling academic research about the science of wellbeing to broader audiences.

How we started
In 2017, Founders Rosa and James were in very different lines of work. Rosa started her career in the charity sector while James was working in the corporate world. But they were both noticing the same thing – wellbeing issues are an extremely common part of life but often very little is done to acknowledge and address them. Collectively they decided that it was time for this to change. This is where the Haptivate revolution began!
Our journey so far
Over 6 years, Haptivate has grown from delivering stress management workshops in the basement of a London homeless shelter into a leading wellness company, partnering with some of the world’s best-known organisations to improve wellbeing at work. Our international client list spans many different industries including technology, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, government, and charity.
Up next...
We will expand our commitment to balancing purpose and profit, aiming to become a registered BCorp organisation and developing our support to charities that share our mission.
