Hi, I’m Rosa Connor.

I’m the President and Co-Founder of Haptivate.

Over the course of the last decade, I’ve helped the staff of over 150 different businesses to develop practical resilience skills to improve their working lives. We’ve put the latest scientific research into practice in real businesses and seen first hand what works and what doesn’t when it comes to wellbeing at work. I’ve also worked with hundreds of different people leaders and discovered the best practices they use to work smarter and happier every day.
