In an effort to keep our customers and staff safe during the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak, Haptivate will be offering its services online.
All Haptivate services are available digitally via video-conference.
That depends on the type of workshop and the group size.
We’re currently working on a tool you can use get a quote instantly.
But for now, the best way to get a quote is to get in touch with the following information:
- Workshop topic
- Number of workshops required
- Estimated group size
- Workshop location
Absolutely! In fact most Haptivate workshops are delivered on-site at client locations.
If you’re based outside the London area then we’ll need to invoice you for travel expenses. However, we always do our best to keep these to an absolute minimum and will let you know costs in advance so there are no surprises to worry about.
We love to travel so if it’s possible we’ll make it happen.
However, there are a few things to bear in mind:
- For now we only offer workshops in English.
- The regulations in your country must allow foreign visitors from the UK to provide training services.
- We may need your help to obtain a work/business visa for our visit.
- We’ll need to invoice you for our travel expenses. However, we always do our best to keep these to an absolute minimum and will let you know costs in advance so there are no surprises to worry about.
That’s going to be a lot of information to wade through so we recommend booking a quick phone chat to narrow things down and work out what will be most relevant for you. Then we’ll provide some recommendations that are tailored to your specific needs.

Congratulations – you’ve found where the one hour Haptivate workshops are hiding!
One hour sessions are something we offer but usually don’t recommend.
This is because there’s a limit to how much that we can cover in an hour and it’s fairly expensive for you to have a facilitator come to you for such a short session. You’ll get much more bang for your buck with one of our half-day workshops.
With that said, we understand that certain workplaces may be short on time.
The following topics are available as a one hour session:
- Wellbeing for remote workers
- Dealing with uncertainty
- Building healthy routines
- The science of stress
- Positive mindsets
- Mindful breathing & posture techniques
- The science of motivation
- Understanding and regulating emotions
- Practising compassion
- Empathetic communication
- Overcoming procrastination
- Embracing failure
Discounted early-bird tickets for our courses are quantity limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
There’s a strictly limited allocation of these tickets and once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Although we’re not hiring at the moment, feel free to email us your CV and we’ll keep this handy in case something opens up in the future.
