The team assessment is designed to help managers understand and improve the wellbeing and resilience levels of their team.

At the start, you’ll receive a special link to the assessment to share with your team members.
When team members complete the assessment, they’ll receive an instant personal report. Their individual responses, scores and recommendations are kept private to them.
Later on, at a time and date of your choosing, we’ll stop collecting responses.

Then we calculate your team’s overall results by combining all the response data we’ve received using your special link.

Finally, you will receive a team report with recommendations based on these overall results.

Only you will see your personal results.

If you take part in a team assessment, we will combine your anonymised response data with the responses from other members of your team to calculate average scores for the entire team. We then create a team report based on these figures to send to the team leader.

We store anonymised response data in order to calculate overall trends across all respondents or, in the case of team assessments, across the responses of a particular team. Personal information such as names and email addresses is not stored in the response database.

We adhere to strict data protection policies to ensure your information is secure and confidential. Results are anonymised and data is automatically deleted from assessment database on a regular basis.

You can take the assessment as many times as you like. Some of our clients like to repeat the assessment every 6 months and compare their results in order to track their progress and see what they can work on next to elevate their wellbeing and resilience even further.
